Where do you ship?
Vivo Chicago currently ships orders within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. The total estimated delivery timeframe is 4–7 business days.

Is shipping free?
