Shipping Overview

  • Shipping Destination: United States
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (EST)
  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders
  • Tracking: Tracking number provided by email after dispatch

Order Confirmation and Processing
After an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent acknowledging that the order has been received and is being prepared.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders submitted after this time are processed on the following business day.

Processing generally takes 1–2 business days and includes order verification, preparation, and packaging. Processing is not completed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once the order is dispatched, a second email is sent containing the tracking number and shipment tracking link.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Transit and Delivery Time
After dispatch, shipments typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

The combined estimated delivery timeframe, including processing and shipping, is 4–7 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or increased shipping volumes.

Dispatch and Tracking
When your order is shipped, an email will be sent containing the tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.

Delivery Delays
Delays may occur during peak shopping periods, holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, or other carrier disruptions.

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe of 7 business days, please allow an additional 3 business days to account for potential carrier delays.

If the order still has not been delivered after this additional period, please contact us at support@vivochicago.com so we can review the shipment.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vivochicago.com.

Cancellation requests can only be handled before the order has been processed or dispatched. If the order has already shipped, the request will need to follow the Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

Please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Photos showing the damage or issue
  • Photos of the packaging if available

Send the information to support@vivochicago.com.

After reviewing the case, an appropriate resolution may be provided, such as sending the correct item, sending a replacement, or another solution in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.
